file structure and basic DOS commands. This course requires
a general understanding of IT and is not designed for
end-users with little computing knowledge. This course
is more suited for System Designers/Administrators and
personnel involved with business process automation.
To understand the role of Staffware System Administrator
and navigate the Staffware architecture and also understand
areas of Procedure Administration and perform purge
with Staffware cases. Will be able to carry out system
back up and restore functions and installation.

the use of a mouse and a knowledge in business processes
and concepts. Business Analysts, Systems Designers,
Business Managers and personnel involved with business
process automation.
At the end of the course the delegate will be able
to understand and be able to describe the fundamentals
of a process and its suitability to workflow automation,
and develop this graphically into a Workflow. To identify
the main attributes of a process most suited to workflow
automation and understand the main components of Staffware.
