Scanduc 2012 – Don’t miss Mike’s iPhone app presentation

  • by

Scanduc 2012 is nearly here, and we’re pleased to report that Mike Peat’s presentation about developing native iPhone apps with VDF web services is included in the Schedule of Presentations.

Mike’s been developing apps for a while now and the next, natural step was to combine his knowledge of Apple’s development environment with his DataFlex experience, to build iPhone apps with VDF web services.

Mike’s presentation about iPhone apps with VDF web services

During Mike’s presentation, he will demonstrate how to develop native iOS applications which connect to Visual DataFlex web services to deliver applications on iPhone and iPad devices. He will also look at some of the considerations when creating user interfaces for these platforms. (But you will need access to a Mac – or a MacOS X virtual machine – to do it!)

So, instead of starting your app development for VDF from scratch, find out how Mike approached this task and what he learnt along the way.

As you’ll see, the possibilities are endless…
